SMT Facilitator/Coach - KZN

Responsibilities of the Role:
- Facilitate training workshops with School Management Team members physical and virtually/online
- Conduct presentations via PowerPoint during workshops
- Coach and support SMT members at their schools and at times virtually
- Travel using own vehicle to some rural schools for coaching purposes
- Provide professional guidance to SMT members
- Develop and present reports
- Use technology effectively in collating information and reporting
- Conduct administrative duties (maintaining records of weekly & monthly activities conducted)
- Attend project meetings, at least once monthly

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an SMT position in a school
- Minimum 3 year qualification in education, Honours/Masters level preferred
- Education Management qualification or Project Management will be an added advantage
- Previous Facilitation and/or coaching experience will be another added advantage
- ICT practical skills on MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) are a MUST
- Valid drivers' license
- Own reliable car/transport
- Own reliable laptop
