Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with upmarket function venue and Restaurant in Centurion. Candidates must have 5+ years kitchen management/chef experience in catering and mainly a Restaurant kitchen. Must have strong knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to lead a team. Duties include running the pass and stock management. Looking for someone who is well spoken and presentable. Will be responsible for quality control as well as health & safety. Ability to run multiple kitchens on one property essential. Salary R 13000 - 15000k nett per month.
