Strategic Planning Unit Administrator - Re- Advertisement

The Wholesale and Retail Sector for Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to employ a Strategic Planning Unit Administrator, who will report directly to the Executive Manager Strategic Planning Unit and be based at the Head Office in Centurion.

Key Performance Areas will include but not limited to the following;

 Diary management and coordination of travel arrangements for team
 Provide administrative support to the Strategic Planning Unit
 Take minutes in meetings and ensure dissemination of approved minutes
 Submit the Strategic Plan document and quarterly management reports to the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET)
 Manage the departmental administrative and projects budgets as and when required
 Assist with tracking of documents and avail evidence for auditors when requested
 Schedule and organize national events, and meetings
 Schedule and coordinate workshops for the Unit
 Coordinate all catering for meetings
 Process travel claims and all other S&T claims; and follow up on payments
 Handle stationery orders, ensure sufficient stock levels and implement controls
 Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
 Deal with stakeholder queries, complaints and compliments
 Distribute information to the stakeholders
 Create and manage an effective, systematic and structured filing system (both manual and electronic)
 Retrieve documents for internal and external use
 Ensure completeness and accuracy of all files, records and registers
 Facilitate archiving of files

Job Requirements: 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

 Matric / Grade 12 National certificate;
 National Diploma in Administration and/or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 5)
 2 years administration experience
 Excellent Computer literacy (MS Excel, Ms Word, MS PowerPoint
