Talent Management Specialist

Key job outputs:

* Marketing Mapping and Proactive Sourcing of external Talent
* Provide training and support to HR business Partners and Line Managers on appropriate sourcing strategies and channels
* Manage recruitment vendors and costs
* Analyse recruitment data, generate management report and present on recruitment trends
* Own recruiting system and data

Knowledge, skills and attributes required:

* Strong communication verbal and non-verbal
* Interpersonal, and client management skills
* Analytical skills
* Negotiation skills
* Strong on Microsoft office and computer literate

Qualifications, competencies and experience:

* Relevant B Degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology/Psychology Minimum 4-6 years of recruiting
* Minimum 4-6 years of recruiting
* experience within HR, recruitment agency
* Experienced with social media methodology to create relevant recruitment strategy,
* Measurement of ROI of social media recruitment
* Understanding of assessments will be advantageous
