Key performance Areas: Engage with both internal and external stakeholders for the seamless day to day operations of the unit● Ensure quality assurance on applications received in line with the instructor first, upgrades and recognition of prior learning● Respond to queries pertaining to matters of training and processing of course reports● Arrange training sub-committee meetings and prepare necessary feedback on applications considered● Facilitate projects within the training department in line operational and assists strategic deliverables● Liaise with relevant department unit for irregularities where identified● Consolidate the monthly stats for all unit activities i.e course reports, application forms● Disseminate accurate and proper information in relation to the transitional phases of the industry training from the regulatory perspective● Advocate for the professionalism and high quality of training for the industry professionalism in line with PSiRA’s position and other applicable laws recognised by the Authority● Supervise the training team. ● Ensure the seamless processing of individual and training security service providers application received and provide feedback● Liaise with internal department pertaining to the application processes, recording and capturing of course reports including any irregularities● Coordinate the unit department activities, training sub-committee, Staff meeting and any other internal and external stakeholder meeting.

Job Requirements: 

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 and National Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Development, Management of Training or Certification Occupational Directed Occupational Qualification or any equivalent● At least a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in quality assurance on the delivery of training● Knowledge of PSiRA’s training regulations and national qualifications framework, Skills Development Act and Skills Development Levies Act. ● Competency as an assessor and moderator and ETDP qualification will be an added advantage ● Drivers Licences
