Technical Facilitator/ Assessor for MHE

The Facilitator / Assessor will be a key member of the company’s Technical training department, working closely with the Head of Department: Technical and other teammates to ensure a continual process of keeping projects up to date and leading the delivery of quality training and assessment outcomes in keeping with the company’s goals, mission and vision as well as in line with ETQA standards


1. Effective delivery of training facilitation and assessment

2. Responsible for planning and monitoring of all resources that affect training

3. Ensure all the Technical department’s outcomes are timeously met in “the life of a project”

4. Provide optimal support to learners

Job Requirements: 


5. At least three (3) years’ experience in facilitation / assessing in the technical training environment

6. Understanding and experience in working with people with disabilities

7. Understanding of group dynamics

8. Action-oriented – sense of urgency

9. Must be able to work in a team and independently.

10. High level of efficiency, accuracy, with the ability to be meticulous, focused and involved with detail

11. Show initiative and is able to produce work of a superior quality

12. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple demands

13. Openness to learning and change, personal flexibility

14. Extremely professional in conduct, being conscientious of representing the company and upholding its reputation

15. Communication skills

16. Active listening skills

17. The ability to develop synergy

18. Effective techniques of questioning

19. Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques

20. Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

21. Ability to manage change and uncertainty
