Minimum Requirements:
-Well presentable and professional
-Outgoing, energetic, confident and self-driven
-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field a must (Master’s degree in business administration or marketing advantageous)
-Minimum 5 years Sales experience A MUST (preferably in a managerial position)
-Knowledge/experience in Shopping Centre Management / Parking Management industry or similar required
-Retail, commercial or property experience required
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
-Excellent leadership and Business Management skills
-Experience setting sales goals
-Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
-Deep understanding of technical systems and best practices
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Customer service skills
-Flexible, adaptable and open to change
-Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure
-Advanced time management skills
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Maintain and develop Sales portfolio for Parking Management company
-Overseeing national sales, promotions and campaigns
-Directing and coordinating all sales activities nationally
-Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
-Tracking and analysing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
-Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
-Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
-Advising service providers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Salary: R 30 000.00 gross basic
