Manage the Clinic Manager’s dairy
■ Arrange with clients’ dates for their occupational medicals
■ Prepares all paperwork for Clinic Sister
■ Handling procedures such as measure height, weight blood pressure, etc
■ Assists walk-in clients with completion of paperwork
■ Stock control
■ Data capturing
The position of Administration Clerk will perform the following duties;
- Implement administrative procedures for the component.
- Assist with the Implementation of operational plan for the section.
- Adhere to the financial procedures in the section.
- Collate monthly reports.
- Provide feedback on identified administrative gaps.
Office & administrative support to the team
Fielding telephone calls. Answer incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
Receiving and directing of visitors.
Creating spreadsheets and presentations.
Dealing with email enquiries.
Planning meetings and taking minutes.
General office management.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Data entry converting candidate files and cross-checking candidate information against CV
*Excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with an account manager to meet client deadlines.

Assist in ensuring that the facilities of the Authority are well managed and maintained ● Assist in safeguarding Assets as well as Facilities of PSiRA ● Assist in coordinating office moves ● Assist in coordinating the repairs and maintenance of facilities and assets of PSiRA● Provide admin support to the division that includes identifying damaged assets for repairs or for replacement.
