We are seeking to employ an Accounts Clerk for a Commercial Vehicle dealership in the Johannesburg area. Candidate must have at least 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping. Candidates must be in possession of a Bookkeeper certificate or an Accounting diploma. Salary will be between R12000.00 – R13000.00 per month.
To provide operational administrative support to the Marketing division
The Marketing Administrator is responsible to provide administrative support to the Marketing division and provide operational
support where required. The incumbent is responsible to coordinate budget controls and payment of suppliers.
• Calculating preliminary scores on BBBEE Scorecard
• Maintaining and improving the BBBEE scorecard recognition level for all elements
• Collating all information on each element of the scorecard
• Utilising database to present statistics of BBBEE progress on a monthly basis
• Facilitating verification with verification analyst
The successful applicant will report to the headmaster and form an integral part of the school’s administration team. The minimum qualification is a matric certificate with additional skills which include a high degree of computer literacy (M.S.Office). The ability to speak fluent English and an exceptional telephone manner is critical.
