Administrator: Strategic Projects and Stakeholder Relations (Contract)

A. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
1. Stakeholder relations and service delivery
1.1. Facilitate communication between TETA and stakeholders;
1.2. Administer stakeholder events/functions such as project launch, graduations, etc.
1.3. Provide support to TETA stakeholders on shared projects;
1.4. Attend to resolution of customer queries and complaints;
