The core purpose of the role of the National Sales Manager is to effectively manage and drive sales growth and activities in line with the business philosophy and company objectives, through cultivating and leading a high performance team.
This position requires a energetic and proactive, task-focused, detail-orientated leader who can work at a predictable and constant pace in a structured environment, to assist with the Hotel operation at night.
Minimum Experience or Qualification:

To actively generate sales by means of Groups and Events and to assist with commercial dealings with external parties such as Music / Event Promoters / Suppliers, Travel Agents / PCO's etc for a well known hotel
To coordinate the training and development function, the reward and recognition function, the Corporate Social Responsibility function, the Employee Wellness Program; as well as support the communication strategy of the Hotel.
Support and assist with the front office operational requirements and all related areas as required and to maintain the exceptional customer service standards expected in accordance with the Hotels standards, Policies and Procedures.
