Organize and control the work of Operators according to the production plan;
Lead and coordinate production process in line with safety and production standards;
Report, analyze and react on deviations and achieve production results;
Prepare daily production plan/procedures;
Supervise all aspects of the installation.
Control and direct supervision over all apparatus and devices of the installation;
Ensuring production continuity;
Assist in the development of new processes;
Active participation in improvement programs;
Training new employees;
