• Ensure staffing levels for the on-duty operational shift
• Day to day management of on duty shift activities
• Perform routine administration
• Perform Emergency Services Provider daily SHE administrative, training and audit activities.
CHEF / COOK
Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and appropriate hygiene practices. • Inspect and constantly ensure that food preparation areas are clean and well maintained. • Report any operational problems (faulty/damaged eq.. Minimum Requirements: • Certificate in food preparation will be an advantage. • A minimum of a 2 year experience as a Chef.
