MAIN JOB PURPOSE
● The Key Accounts Manager serves as the interface between the client, sales channels / agents, and the Academy.
● Responsible for developing and maintaining long lasting trust relationships with a portfolio of key clients
● Identify client needs and extend and align our solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction
The Client and Administration Manager of iFearless will be responsible for implementation and oversight of all aspects of the iFearless (IFE) in accordance with company objectives which include operational management and service excellence.
