We are looking for an HR Administrator with superb communication and administration skills to assist our iStores. The HR Administrator will handle all written and verbal employee queries with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to customer service, administration, compliance, benefits administration, training and IR .
To be a successful HR Administrator, you should have sound knowledge of payroll, employee contracts and general HR admin. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR Administrator should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.
Note that this is for Maternity Cover- To start 01 December 2020 for 5 months
To proactively provide a generalist HR Administrative function and service to all iStore Employees and iStores.
Core Group candidates may be subjected to pre employment tests.
- Tertiary qualification in HR
- Sound knowledge of relevant HR Laws
