Internal Salesman


Motus Aftermarket Parts is looking for a Internal Salesman in our Auto Cycle (JHB) to acts as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / services
• Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products / services sold
• Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services
• Provide administrative support for the production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents
• Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff
• Maintain client databases
• Perform any other reasonable duties, which may be required

Job requirements: 

Qualifications & Experience:
• Grade 12/Matric certificate is essential
• Minimum of 5 years sales or telesales experience in the motorcycle industry
• Essential Strong customer service background

Knowledge and Skills and Abilities:
• Sound knowledge of the motorcycle industry
• A good and courteous telephonic manner
• Good communication skills and proven track record
• Computer Literacy and a solid knowledge of Excel,
• Ability to work under pressure
• A good knowledge of Autocycle Centre products
• A relationship with dealers in the Motorcycle industry
