Manage all stock processes within the branch and perform all functions related to orders, transfers, stock counts, variances, and stock levels on the floor.
Perform all functions related to product returns, repairs and exchanges and maintain good supplier relations.
Process and organize all admin relating to customer deliveries & collections.
Organize, implement and oversee all in-store marketing, advertising and promotional events.
Manage and maintain all processes and admin relating to fixed assets within the branch.
Ensure compliance with regulations regarding cell phone & television sales (e.g. Rica & TV licences).
Manage and maintain branch stationery.
Carry out general housekeeping functions.
Assist with management support functions.
Experience in an administrative position.
Experience in dealing with stock.
Experience in dealing with claims and repairs.
Previous experience in the furniture retail industry.
Good product knowledge.
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
Strong sense of honesty & integrity.
Good communication and listening skills.
Accurate with attention to detail.
Ability to plan and organize.
