Talent Acquisition Administrator

Here’s what you can expect to be doing in the role

  • Provide a comprehensive support function to the Talent Acquisition team
    • Assist and support the Talent Acquisition Associates with the coordination and administration of Interviews / Assessment
  • Ensure effective and efficient utilization of our talent management systems
    • Load, create and update all templates, CV’s and vacancies on our talent management system
  • Increase employer brand awareness
    • Continuously build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by acting as a brand ambassador for the Group
  • Invoice and purchase order management
  • Projects

Job requirements: 

A little about who you are

  • Matric or Equivalent
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • Minimum 3-years working experience in a similar working environment
  • Proven administrative & coordination experience with innovation around streamlining processes
  • Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook
