Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and value adding, start-to-end talent acquisition function for our contact centres. Your focus will include attracting, acquiring and retaining high quality operations talent to ensure that business requirements are met.

  • Stakeholder liaison 
  • Increase employer brand awareness  
  • Effective and efficient use of our talent management system and technologies

Job requirements: 

A little about who you are:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources
  • Biometric certification would be advantageous 
  • Minimum of 3 years contact centre talent acquisition experience in a fast paced agency or captive / corporate environment
  • Proven track record in delivering on high volume multiple talent campaign targets simultaneously
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of recruitment / talent acquisition policies, procedures and best practices
  • Experience in job analysis, role profiling and conducting competency based interviews
  • Must have previous experience working with Recruitment Software
  • Competent in MS Office packages
