Regional Administrator - Limpopo
- Ensure the files are up to date and ensure documents are submitted timeously.
- Ensure team members have uniforms and name badges.
- Assist in team member's leave application
- Check timekeeping of team members to ensure they are at work on time and review hours worked.
- Report on any shortages that are encountered or communicated.
- Check the operations to ensure all in order for example inventory, uniforms, terminals/machines are working, file updates and review sales targets and progress.
- Assist with planning and implementation of mobile promotions
- Processing of recruitment documentation.
- Stock control of mobile/promotional stock within the region.
- Conduct required daily checks.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Extensive travel is required between branches/outlets.
- Any other related duties that might be required.
