1. Office Administration
- Handle all office admin and filing
- Assist with HR admin related queries : leave forms, contracts etc
- Send out daily and weekly attendance registers
2. Procurement Administration
- Check stock levels of office and workshop consumables and order when needed,
3. Production/logistic administration
- Assist with printing of job cards and print of picking slips for all completed jobs from workshop.
- Assist with deliveries arrangements for the
- Assist with the paperwork for the customer collections
- Assist with arrangements for vehicle inspections to be done on a weekly basis
4. Other
- Assist with walk-in customers
- Any ad-hoc administrative functions required.
