We are looking for an Administrator / Receptionist in the Lonehill area, the ideal candidate should have very strong Afrikaans and English speaking skills as well as a strong background in Admin. 

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Admin
  • Client liaison
  • Responsible for surveys
  • Managing of learning material and assist with production thereof
  • Reports
  • Assisting Consultants where necessary
  • Switchboard
  • Manage and update database
  • Recording of training delegates registrations & Feedback
  • Stock take, Ordering of Stationary
  • Typing of documents
  • Complete online e-portal training with objective to become E-Portal Administrator
  • Manage all customers’ online portals
  • Manage Public program online portals
  • Keep register of online customers and monthly activity required
  • Remind consultants when next steps/input are required for respective customers
  • Keep updated with new modules available on e-portal and update consultants

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ Admin experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent in Afrikaans and English)
  • Ability to deal with clients
  • Must be able to work independently and able to take initiative
  • Own transport and valid drivers license
  • Self-confident / Savvy
  • Attention to detail
  • Bubbly personality

Able to start as soon as possible
