About the Position
A well-established Debt Collecting company based in Alberton is looking for a Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant to assist with Bookkeeping and Finance administration.
The Finance Assistant would be responsible for the following activities:
- Client reporting / reconciliations / calculations
- General Accounting using accountancy software.
- Requesting monthly statements
- Typing Client Meeting Minutes
- Take-on of new clients /redemptions - complete account opening documents & redemption forms
- Requesting & checking of client FICA
- Filing & saving of client Agreements & FICA
- Sending all original FICA & Account opening forms to the different 3rd parties
- Daily cash and unit reconciliation of our funds
