We wish to have a Bookkeeper / Administrator join our current Accounts and Administration department on a full-time basis in order to supplement the requirements of the business.
The applicant needs to have excellent communication skills and be systems-oriented with strong attention to detail. A proactive individual who can multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Reconciling bank account
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices and statements
- Capturing quotes into accounting system
- Producing client invoices and allocating received payments
- Sending client statements, invoices and resolving queries
- Processing and finalizing project reconciliations
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Sending monthly / annual financials, ad-hoc financial reporting where required.
- Preparing monthly accounting reports
- General office administration
