The ideal candidate would need to be a strong leader with excellent people skill, as you will be leading and developing a team of Agents, while ensuring that SLA's are achieve consistantly.
Managing service levels in the inbound and outbound environment;
Staff performance monitoring;
Managing poor performance;
Interpretation and action on dashboard information and stats;
Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
