We are looking for a dynamic call centre manager to provide expert advice and leadership.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive team performance to ensure achievement of targets.
- Direct and co-ordinate the daily running of the call centre.
- Motivate and retain employees.
- Liaise with top management to assist in the development of strategic plans.
- Accurate monthly, weekly and daily reporting.
