South African Citizen
Bachelor of Communication degree
Minimum of 3 5 years experience in Client Support or Customer Satisfaction
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel and Power Point especially)
Experience in CRM systems like Agile CRM, Sales Force and Pipe Drive
Excellent English verbal and writing skills
Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
Innovative and persuasive personality
Ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders at all levels (audiologists, doctors
and government departments, health workers)
Experience in administrative processes
Ability to keep records and statistics on data
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Data collection and ordering
Should be adaptable, take initiative and tolerant to a high stress environment
