  • Action all sales orders on a timely and accurate manner;
  • Ensure all order queries and problems are resolved and communicated to lead time;
  • Process all sales orders to the nominated delivery day ("NDD") and cut off time provided by the 3PL;
  • Ensure NDD overview by customer is up to date;
  • Confirm booking slots for DC deliveries with 3PL in a timely manner;
  • Provide out of stocks reports to key customers on a weekly basis;
  • Report infill rates to key customers on a weekly basis;
  • Re-process failed sales orders;
  • Monitor outstanding orders reports to identify delays and problem
  • Manage allocated SAP daily control.
