Purpose of the Job:
Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals.
Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Analysing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
Help Desk Administration and Reporting
Keep abreast of changes in the standards, technologies or methodologies
Carry out administrative functions of IT Support Team
Give direction and guidance to the IT support team
Coach and mentor team members
Review assignments for accuracy and quality
Coordinate application of software releases
Develop and execute company policies
Attend meetings, trainings or seminars
Work with other departments / Branches to ensure excellent support is given to the clients
Reporting to the management on IT support status
