Job tasks and responsibilities:
1)handling communication through the airbnb platform with guests.
2)making sure guests are happy at all times.
3)checking guests in.
4)coordinating change overs, maids, laundry, stock take, apartment/house maintenance.
5)giving guest a concierge experience through local knowledge of the area.
6)communication with team leader on status of your portfolio under management.
7)Coordinating your calendar to insure smooth running of portfolio and smooth check in and out of guests.
8) must be prepared to be flexible with time and be available as and when required.
9) must have own transport.
10) all and any administration that running the portfolio requires.
11) inspecting apartments to make sure they are ready for the guests arrival.
12)checking wifi, checking enough electricity on prepaid meters. checking the linen and towls etc
