- Fixed Term Contract - 12 months.
- To assist the HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) & HR Manager with the implementation of the Group HR Strategy and Business Strategy through communication and assisting with various projects and initiatives to ensure service delivery to the business and employees.
- To assist the HRPB to provide business with the required information and reports to enable them to manage the business unit effectively.
- To ensure sound employee relations by collating info for business in the use of best HR practices.
- To assist with the implementation of all legislative requirements and policies within the business unit.
- Participate in daily HR activities and administration as per the required standard.
