Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

Providing counseling on policies and procedures.

Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions

Posting ads and managing the hiring process.

PPE and complimentary gifts

Obtaining right sizes for PPE clothing from the employees

Ordering PPE and Complimentary gifts from suppliers

Receiving stock and capturing figures on the system

Issuing the correct sizes and quantities to the staff members

Stock takes on a quarterly basis and keeping record on spreadsheets

Providing an efficient and professional service to clients and candidates

Daily liaison with clients and corporate companies

Handing enquiries from candidates with professionalism and empathy

Monitoring sources of candidates from advertising for marketing feedback

Obtaining telephonic references whenever possible on each candidate before referring

Referring candidates on as many suitable vacancies as possible

Closely monitoring competitor movement and following up on where the Company can better their


Be aware of all new business by following leads of corporate client movement in the market

Responsible for compiling weekly and monthly reports

Responsible for all administration to clients

Responsible for checking in- house costing, quotations, confirmation of orders etc, when a new

contact is signed

Conduct weekly meetings with Director reviewing branch, operations and performance

Sales meetings

Achieved deadlines

Training new staff

All HR and Admin Issues etc.

Respond to public inquiries

Provide word-processing and secretarial support

Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required

Date entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination,

leave of absence, benefits

deductions, garnishment, ect.

Vendor transactions including, flexible spending, ect.

Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports

Document workflow and work procedures

Cross-trains designated back-up to administer and process time and attendance and payroll

Time and Attendance, Payroll and Human Resource Management Systems

Research and resolve problems, perform scheduled activities, and liaison with service providers.

Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to

ensure data integrity

Prepare and maintain accurate records

Document workflow and work procedures

Project Support

Participate on cross-functional teams


Writing of advertisement and planning advertising schedules in other resources for example

Internet and Newspaper, for all

available positions to ensure maximum response from suitable candidates.

Recruiting and selecting candidates to fill various positions

Encourage suitable candidates to set up interviews

Interviewing suitable candidates for specific requirements

Marketing of top candidates to clients by means of the Website

Invoicing and Issuing Credit Note when necessary

Working out of hours on a spreadsheet

Making appointments

Traveling arrangements
