Updated and accurate organisation structures in the HC systems:
- Position structure up to date and relevant.
- Reporting lines in order.
- Cost centres accurately assigned to positions at all times.
- Job Architecture managed and up to date reflecting on positions and job information.
- Management of role-based permissions and user assignments.
- Governed change control process outputs of system and user acceptance testing.
- Monitoring and management of workflow functionality in the HC system.
- Systems Administration for various Human Capital Systems.
- Coordination of system requirements, system audits and governance activities related to functionality in the HC systems.
- System reporting and tracking where required for e.g. monthly reporting.
- Monitor employee master data interfaces / integration into related systems.
- Setting up, continued maintenance and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures and Works Instructions for the role.
- Generation of user guides and upskilling of the HC community in the use of the HC systems.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Minimum 5 years experience in systems administration on ERP solutions.
- Minimum 2 years SAP SuccessFactors EC Core Position management experience.
- Extensive knowledge in the field of Organisation Management.
- Experience in management of Workflow in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to maintain and manage SAP SuccessFactors Foundation objects.
- Above average Excel skills.
- Exposure to SumTotal Performance Management or Learner Management systems
