Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • The overall purpose of the role is coordination of human resource management activities in the various operations ,Warehouse, etc.
  • Reporting to the HR Executive with a dotted line to General Works Managers, the portfolio will suit a knowledgeable, experienced, practical, self-motivated and highly energised person with technical depth and hands-on approach in managing and implementing HR processes and problem solving in support of the business.

Duties:

Dealing with the following

  • Group HR Strategy Human Resources Management
  • Company Policy
  • Communication and Change Leadership
  • Appointments and On-Boarding
  • Performance Management
  • Organisational Capability Development (Training): Compile the annual training report and obtain sign-off for the SETA; compile the annual equity plan and reports for timeous submission to the EEC
  • Employee relations
  • Human resources administration
  • Leadership of the people
