A dynamic company based in North Riding is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor / Finance Assistant
Duties:
- To assist the Finance and Quantity Surveying departments
- Assist with the capture of info onto MS Excel
- Assist with measuring at the office
- Assist with quantifying on site
- Convert delivery notes to orders (match the two and ensure that the invoice rates match the order rates)
- Liaise with the Foreman on site and check the brick layer claims on site
- Will be working within a 20km radius of the office
- Will be reporting to the Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor and the Finance Manager
- This position is 70% admin and office based
