Responsible for selling Mustek products, handling sales inquiries,  doing quotes, promoting Mustek products and building  lasting relationship with new and existing customers.



 Drive sales of all Mustek products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities.
     Contact clients for outstanding amounts every month.
 Manage demo accounts according to the stipulated time frame as per the demo forms.
 Identifying appropriate dealers from the database and make visits during allocated weekly time slot.
 Evaluating customer spend on a quarterly basis and determining reasons to reduce in spend from top clients.
 Monitoring stock levels as per allocated responsibilities.
 Attending all scheduled in-house training to ensure keeping abreast with the latest technology, products and services.
 Identify client markets and design a sales strategy to fit each client's requirements.
 Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
 Negotiate the terms of agreement and closing sales.
 Gather market, customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
 Represent Mustek at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
 Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
 Record sales , order information and sending copies to the sales office.
 Provides customers with necessary product support,technical support and maintain the relationship between the customers and services.
 Follows-up with work in progress to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of goods.
 Respond to messages received through e-mail or telephone. Take steps to ensure messages are being responded to at all times.
 Provide support as required when necessary.
