In this role as Junior Office Administrator you will have a varying role. Based within the reception team and reporting to the branch manager, you will provide support and assistance to the reception team, answering calls, dealing with post, greeting and taking care of visitors, booking and attending meeting rooms, as well as ad hoc admin related duties for all the divisions of the company.
