Assists in proactively managing a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through provision of analysis, research and sales and service fulfillment with the intent of identifying additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing a portfolio of existing clients through effective stakeholder management

  • Improve cost effectiveness: Identify solutions to increase cost effectiveness and enhance operational efficiencies within portfolio
  • Achievement of sales targets: Proactively drive achievement of sales targets in line with team targets and broader sales strategy
  • Client retention: Provide sales support efficiencies and services to ensure retention of clients
  • Product offerings and solutions: Market all Financial Services Solutions
  • Campaign management: Successfully implement, track and report on Client Campaigns and initiatives
  • Growth of active customer account base: Manage the growth of active customer account base to increase client base and revenue
  • Service delivery: Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Research and analytics: Initiate and manage client research, data mining and quantitative analysis with a view to providing client intelligence and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth
  • Provision of product and service knowledge: Educate clients on bank products and services in order to drive and achieve migration of clients to e-platforms as well as achievement of relevant growth targets
  • Query resolution: Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines
  • Service delivery: Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Maximize cross sell opportunities: Proactively maximize cross sell opportunities through all forms of client engagement while in the process of servicing customers
  • Lead conversion: Convert leads into successful sales. Achieve individual targets set to appropriate business area or sales plan
  • Lead generation: Source and refer new leads through client interactions
  • Increase customer migration to electronic channels: Improve service efficiencies for the bank through identifying opportunities, suggesting relevant solutions and migrating clients onto electronic platforms
  • Sales & service stats: Provide and track accurate and reliable sales and service statistics
  • Sales coordination: Provide an efficient client focused administrative service through careful planning, reporting and updating of all related information to ensure that client expectations are met
  • Achievement of sales team efficiencies: Assist to track, control and influence sales activities to increase efficiencies and client delivery. Manage the internal client related activities to ensure that the Private Banker’s time is optimized at all times to increase sales and client profitability
  • Risk and compliance management: Ensure adherence to relevant processes and compliance to legislative and audit requirements
  • Manage leads pipeline: Capture and maintain qualified leads onto the leads management system, and maintain on a daily basis
  • Innovation: Participate in the innovation process in the business and contribute toward new innovations against objectives
  • Self-development: Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
  • Team collaboration: Participate and contribute to a development culture where information regarding successes, issues, trends and ideas are actively shared
  • Deal-making: Uses relevant products to negotiate profitable deals and grow the business
