Purpose

  • Manage provider network department

  • Maintain service standards

 

Tasks/Activities

Maintain Divisional Business Performance

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective and existing service providers

  • Check that Network provider staff is trained, informed and updated on all products and benefits

  • Handle all escalated calls and mails

  • Liaise with prospective and existing service providers

  • Provide all inclusive networks for the companies and members

  • Oversee all training within department

  • Communicate business needs

  • Participate in road shows

  • Visit practices when required.

  • Conduct forensics when needed

  • Liaise with all departments to communicate business needs

 

Perform ad hoc Administrative Duties

  • Conduct general admin and analytical duties

  • Maintain a data base of available statistics

  • Check that providers are paid according to SLA

  • Update bank details

  • Daily, weekly and monthly risk analysis

 

Other requirements

  • Own vehicle

  • Valid drivers licence

  • Able and willing to travel nationally
