Ensure quality at the source by verifying conformance to specifications.

Implement quality improvement strategies

Formulate, implement, and improve company quality standards

Supervise quality control and production staff

Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met

Create reports to track process

Liaise with customers and customer representatives regarding quality

Maintain high standards of housekeeping to optimise on resource utilisation.

Coordinate and conduct internal QMS and FSMS audits

Collect and record information needed for reports - describing results, needed for decision making purposes.

Ensure root cause analysis is performed and corrective actions are done.

Contribute in any other possible quality improving efforts.

Maintain food safety standards within Production environment

Any administrative duties assigned by management

Board sample collection and testing

Colour verification with Spectrophotometer

Provide Production with swatches

Calibration of measuring equipment

Log, record and follow up on Non- Conformance

Food Safety protocols and management

Assist with internal food safety audits

Safety Inductions

Participation in SHE Risk Meetings

5s Housekeeping
