Responsible for strategic and technical direction, customization, operationalize & support of Network Systems nationally and/or Network Services Applications and Systems across all ranges to optimize Telkom's Core Network performance towards world class standards. Liaising and maintenance of support contracts. Provide specialized assistance, within own areas of expertise, on most aspects of the technology with regard to support for core network & services operations, project roll out, the NNOC (Tier 0&1), for core network & services operations, as required to planning, build, systems management, procurement, technology & services integration, marketing & training. Support shall be provided at an expert level, taking responsibility for action and decisions concerning the prompt restoration or provision of service in full or partial system failure(s).
