Position Description:             RETAIL/ADMIN CLERK

 

Starting date:                         Immediate 

We are seeking a full-time, highly experienced, mature, retail/admin clerk who enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, outgoing personality.

As a team-oriented company, we seek an individual who is able to work busy, retail hours.

The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude while utilising leadership skills when interacting with customers and employees.

REQUIRED Qualifications and experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in a customer service/hospitality role with retail experience
    • Applicants must be mature with at least 10 years working experience
    • Retail, Hotel, Restaurant or Hospitality experience would be a plus
    • Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
    • Excellent people skills, detail-oriented and dedicated in assisting people
    • Must be able to lead by example
    • Retail sales knowledge and experience a plus
