This position involves the selling and marketing of HR and IR training and consultation sessions.

· Generating new business via cold calling, LinkedIn research, networking etc.
· Successfully converting new prospects into customers,
· Key account management of current clients,
· Establishing client needs and advising clients on appropriate training and consulting interventions. Ability to unpack customers needs and offer business solutions.
