Our fast-growing highly innovative Engineering organisation is looking for a Receptionist to fill Secretarial duties with great opportunities for further growth within the Company.
Basic duties include:
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Arrange meetings and arrange and serve refreshments for meetings.
- Arrange local and international travelling, including travel advances, accommodation, flights and vehicle hire.
- Compose, type and distribute routine correspondence.
- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person according to their needs. Control who can enter the building.
- Maintain 6 directors calendars.
- Printing and binding of printed material as required.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail (post).
- Make sure that office printers and telephone system are working.
- Order and administer office stationery.
- Order and administer office refreshments.
- Order and administer cleaning materials.
- Order and administer PPE.
- Make sure offices, boardroom, coffee room, restrooms and kitchen are always clean.
- Administer fleet vehicle administration.
- Organise building repairs (air conditioners, painting etc.)
- Ad-hoc PA duties to 6 Directors as required.
