Minimum requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Excel is preferred but not essential.
- Must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans.
- Must be presentable and reliable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as the companys frontline by greeting and welcoming customers.
- Managing reception, which includes liaising telephonically and face-to-face with staff and customers.
- Managing a busy multi-switchboard and directing calls to the correct departments.
- Handling customer complaints and general queries.
- Creating enquiry forms and e-mailing messages.
- Assisting with general administration, which includes filing and typing of documents when required.
Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable based on experience gained.
