Minimum requirements for the role:
- Extensive experience having worked in a Receptionist role is essential.
- Basic Excel skills is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as the companys frontline by greeting and welcoming customers.
- Managing the reception area, which includes liaising telephonically and face-to-face with staff and customers.
- Managing a busy multi-switchboard and directing calls to the correct departments.
- Handling customer complaints and general queries.
- Creating enquiry forms and e-mailing messages.
- Sending and receiving courier parcels
- Assisting with general and internal administration, which includes filing and typing of documents when required.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
