A Luxurious Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a meticulous Sous Chef.
- Work well with the Executive Chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurants policy and vision,
- Staff management, ensure you staff work together like "well oiled machinery",
- Produce high quality standard dishes,
- Create tasting menus for clients for various functions (weddings, banquets, corporate dinners etc),
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are correctly actioned at all times,
- Salary Negotiable,
- Willing to work long hours / shifts as required.
