A private educational institution is seeking to employ a Student Advisor at their Head Office in Cape Town
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receives in-bound calls from students and provides information and/or solution to the customer for each concern/query raised in an accurate and relevant manner.
- Each query/concern raised during a telephonic call from students addressed effectively.
- Communicate the information and/or solution to the student for each concern/query raised in an accurate and relevant manner.
- A case note is updated/added correctly for each student query (e-mail or telephonic) received.
- Sources the required information from the relevant department if required.
- Makes out-bound calls to students if and when necessary.
- Maintain daily statistic sheet if and when required
- Daily Quality and Quantity targets met
- Assisting in other sub departments within Student Services Department as and when required
