Internal recruitment of senior/support contact centre staff.
Sourcing talent to build pipeline, including posting of job adverts on all relevant digital and print media.
Conduct security, credit and reference checks and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
Preparation of staff files and payroll data for new hires.
Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of the talent attraction and acquisition processes & procedures.
Conduct settle-in interviews & exit interviews.
