Telesales Clerk

 

Globally leading organisation based in Kraaifontein Industrial has an opportunity available for an energetic Telesales Clerk to join their growing team.

 

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years similar work experience.
  • Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel).
  • SAP experience will be beneficial.
  • Good mathematical/numeracy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. 
  • Reliable transport.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Selling products and services.
  • Processing orders.
  • Processing returned goods.
  • Handling customer queries and all correspondence.
  • General assistance in stock counting and in the warehouse.
