Globally leading organisation based in Kraaifontein Industrial has an opportunity available for an energetic Telesales Clerk to join their growing team.
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years similar work experience.
- Computer literate (MS Word and MS Excel).
- SAP experience will be beneficial.
- Good mathematical/numeracy skills.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Reliable transport.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring excellent customer service.
- Selling products and services.
- Processing orders.
- Processing returned goods.
- Handling customer queries and all correspondence.
- General assistance in stock counting and in the warehouse.
