The incumbent is responsible for the following, but is not limited to:
Evaluating NWK Shops, which includes shelf layout and care, overall neatness of the shop and facilities as well as the quality and service from the personnel.
Monitoring of relevant advertisements, name boards, road signs to ensure it complies with the corporate standards and it is visible, clean and neat.
Evaluating promotions which include display areas, pricing and sufficient availability of stock.
Evaluating the general impression personnel creates regarding neatness, helpfulness, product knowledge and client service.
General relevant administration as well as feedback and reporting.
Presenting in house training regarding shelf layout and care, shop layout, promotions and displays.
