Role Purpose

  •  Develop and lead digital training strategies, tools and policies for Companies clients, such that they can quickly and effectively use products and services, to obtain maximum value for their practice
  •  Develop training programmes to ensure sure that bridgians have necessary product knowledge and practical skills to carry out their jobs effectively
  •  Create an environment where bridgians are constantly learning and growing. Actively influence a digital cultural shift at Company
  • Lead and manage a high-performing training team
  •  Demonstrate a return on investment for training initiatives

 

 Description

  •   Develop a strategy to determine what training is needed to upskill internal teams, specifically sales and client service teams. Identify the most applicable training and development interventions per teams by regularly interacting with the relevant managers and teams
  •  Hold team managers accountable for participation in training programmes
  •  Develop external training programmes utilising a variety of training methodologies and processes, to ensure maximum impact on the audience. Focus to be given to digital self-help e-learning tools/material such that clients can quickly and easily use Companies products
  •  Provide training through best practices and use cases
  •  Continuously gather user feedback, monitor, evaluate and report on training program performance
  •  Keep up to date with the latest and most effective training methodologies, best practice and trends
  •  Have an excellent understanding of digital/e-learning techniques, in order to develop and deliver digital/e-learning training initiatives
  •  Ensure that training programmes are aligned to Companies Client Experience principles
  •  Serve as a product subject matter expert and advise on suitable training approaches
  •  Build and maintain relationships with end users
  •  Ensure that all training initiatives are within budgets
  •  Understand clients and challenges in order to ensure training is relevant and tailored to specific needs
  •  Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
  •  Lead and manage a high-performing Training team of trainer/s and content design and developer/s

 

Job Requirements

  

Qualifications & Experience

  •  A business or training related degree
  •  Minimum of 3 years in leading digital training programmes.
  •  Demonstrated track record in communicating complex technical ideas in plain language to users
  •  Track record of effectively implementing training initiatives and demonstrating a return on investment from these initiatives
  •  A minimum of 2 years of line management experience
  •  Experience in working with multiple groups and individuals
  •  Training to Healthcare service providers and their staff is highly advantageous
  • Valid Drivers Licence and car owner may be required to travel

  •  Previous experience developing and managing modern digital training programs
  •  Ability to assess training requirements of different teams and propose appropriate training solutions
  •  Experience in coaching and training people to be able to present and manage groups
  •  Ability to evaluate and measure training results
